Lotion after PE

Greetings to all again. I just finished my PE routine (the newbie one) and I feel less congestion, which is great.

I am writing because I was wondering what do you apply to your unit after your daily PE session. Do you use a particular lotion after every session?

Well I read a post of some guy that used lot of Vitamin E to his darling, primarily for grip I think…

Well, I read Vitamin E is good for skin-moisture and blood-circulation (I made that last one up, but maybe?)…
Anyway, I have this coco-nut scensed lotion witch I apply after shower or after workout.. softens things up.

I use moisturizing cream with vitamin E.

I also use Vitamnin E lotion after PE. Not sure it has any real effect but it makes me feel like i’m doing something.
