I have a 1.56 inch difference between my EL and BPEL. If I can get a six pack what do you think is a realistic amount I can lower my fatpad?

Perhaps half an inch. Pubic fat pads are there for a reason and are not easy to reduce.

It also depends on how far you are away from a 6 pack right now. If you are 50 pounds plus from a 6 pack, you might see a big difference. If you are 10 pounds from a 6 pack then probably not much. A lot of fat pad thickness is just genetic, so like westla said, it is a tough thing to get rid of, but losing weight will help.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Get the 6 pack anyway, what’s the worst that can happen? You look better and get fitter. You won’t notice how big your dick is because it’ll be hidden away in all that pussy you’ll be getting.:)

I dieted for about a year while also hitting the gym, really working to cut up my body. I got my fat pad down to a 1/4”. The result was the longest NBPEL I’ve ever had. Of course in reality it is impossible to stay that lean forever. Sucks though to have lost some NBPEL now that I’m not as lean.

I think a good overall health is one point that has to be in the PE project for everyone, for a several reasons.


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

Its possible to reveal about an inch of penis length by losing around 30 pounds of weight and lowering fatpad. This varies between people tho, not everyone gains that much, and others have stubborn fatpad that might not be lost even when they have 6-pack abs.
