Made a dumb mistake

I know I’m not supposed to jelq with soap but in the past I had done some light jelqing in the shower with soap and I have also done some edging with soap with no problems. Well three days ago I did a longer harder jelqing session in the shower with soap, and was that a bad move!

The loose skin just below my scar “puffed up” like a balloon. My flacid looked like a portabello mushroom!

Evidently I “chapped” the skin (like when you have dry chapped lips) and due to the irritation, the skin filled up with fluid (which I presume is lymph) anyway I’ve been laying off of LJ (Lil Johnson) for the last few days and the fluid is gradually going down as the skin heals itself. I’ve also been using vitamin E oil to help heal the skin. Looks like I’ll be back to normal in a few more days.

Lesson learned!

I have some good lotion that I use for wet jelqs. I’ll just have to stick with that and resist the temptation to jelq with soap in the shower. (But it’s so convenient!)

Oh well, if you don’t want your wife to ask you why your dick looks like a shit grown fungus, don’t use soap.

Yes it is. But any other lubricant can be used in the shower too.

Turns out that jelqing with soap was not the problem. I managed to get poison ivy on my dick! Not fun. Anyway jelqing with soap is still not recommended.

Well, the same thing happened to me when I was thirteen. I used to sneak into the bathroom, pretend I was taking a shit, and wack of with soap. My skin got layered flaky. It was painful and I would even bleed. It was a terrible puberty experience for me.

That happened to my brother years ago. He was mountain biking in baggy knee long skate shorts and got Poison Ivy on his knee. The pedaling motion spread the toxin back and forth, leg to fabric, fabric to leg. Until eventually hit tagged his nuts and sausage.
