As a newbie, I know I should probably wait to ask this question, but I feel like it is something too important. We’ve all heard of the baseball bat effect, but when you get to a certain size, you want to girthen up other areas. My mseg is 6, but it goes steadily down to 5.3,5.4 about 25% up the shaft. I can’t see how jelqing would remedy this, so if you have any ideas that would be great.

As you jelq towards the glans the pressure of the blood increasesn, this forces the cells in your shat to expand and eventaully you will have filled out and expanded the upper part of your shaft. .

It follows then (but not always for everyone) that you should increase the girth of your penis.

If I understand you correctly, you’re saying that your base is thicker than near the glans? If that’s the case, you’ll definitely see positive results from jelqs. I have the opposite problem from jelqing. My shaft is getting bigger towards the glans than at mid or base. There is information here on how some guys remedied this issue. One is to do something similar to a reverse jelq while using a cock ring at the base. This causes more expansion at the base than otherwise.

If you feel ready for moving beyond newbie routine, then you can look into squeezes. You can start with just using one or two hands. Force blood to the area you wish to expand. Hence, if you wish to expand the girth of the 25% of your unit closest to the base, then grip above with one or two hands and squeeze, initially for a count of 10 perhaps. Over time, you can increase time of each squeeze, and intensity of each squeeze.
