Making a routine, need advice.
Hi. First post.
Been lurking around for quite a while now, but praise the PE gods, today, I’ve been given the opportunity to ASK SOME QUESTIONS AW YEA
So, gonna try to keep it short, I don’t want to waste any of your time.
Previous PE experience : Playing vigorously with my unit on a daily basis for a period of 1 month. No special routines and stuff, just random, short, but intense, stretching and jelqing.
Other info : Complete LOT at 6 o’clock. Also, I have to be quite sneaky about the whole thing, living with other people and whatnot, don’t want to raise suspicion. If you need to know any other details, just ask.
As I said, most of the previous exercises were pretty chaotic, thus I decided to bring some consistency in my wanking, so here’s what I have in mind:
1. JAI stretches for up to 5 mins
2. V-Stretches for up to 5 mins
3. 100 dry jelqs.
4. Some Uli #3 to finish it off.
How does that seem to you? Too intense? Not so intense? Good? Perfect, even?
Also keep in mind that I’m not going for the Newbie routine because my dick is already definitely used to exercise, I feel I can move to a little more advanced stuff. However, I don’t know wanna stress the Johnson, so I’m trying to keep the routine in the bracket of 20 mins, nothing hardcore like fucking around with your dick for 1 hour until it goes numb. I might do that later on, we’ll see.
