Manual length to hit Tunica
Hi I am Kind of new to manual stretches, Except for Jelquing and a few to hit the Ligs. I was wondering if Anyone here could tell me some really good ones for length that will hit the Tunica and not the Ligs. I have a low LOT, So I want to raise it. I am doing some OTS hanging and OS with my hanger. But I want some good manual excersises incorporated into this. Any any tips/strategies anything that really could help me because I am completely cluess. I will continue reading and trying to find out what I can though. Thanks!
