I’m currently doing a modded version of Big Al’s routine, with BTC instead of side-to-sides and clamping instead of squeezes.

Routine is currently:
5x1 min BTC
3x10 clamping
3 day/week on set days

My length is currently lagging and I’m looking for one or two manual stretches that I can include. Any recommendations are welcome.

I stopped doing BTC. For me it was uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like it was doing anything. I just do straight out, left, right, and straight down. Hold each stretch for one minute and go through the stretches twice.

Always use heat aswell. It helps so much.


Start (8/20/2016) BPEL 5.5 EG 4.5

1/14/2017- BPEL 6.5 EG 4.5

Where about do you hold the grip? I try to do it around the head base (foreskin uncovered) but with too much of a tight grip, it feels painful.
And can the amount of suitable tug only be found through experience?

Try hanging. It’s like a manual, but for 20minutes straight per amount of sets you perform.

I hold with an OK grip right below the head and I use a piece of tissue for grip it doesn’t hurt as bad. I pull till I feel pressure. Dont try to pull the thing off.

I’ve considered hanging, but I’m currently not in a situation that it’s viable. I will start it eventually, especially after reading about the base girth gains that are possible.
