I’m doing another measurement on March 1st which will mark the start of my PE journey. In the mean time I am trying to read up as much as I can before I begin the newbie routine. As far as the manual stretches go, it says 30 (10 second) stretches, but the description of manual stretches have all different types, “straight out” , “left” , “right” , “up” , “down”. What should I be doing specifically when I start the newbie routine?

Also this is just a side question. If I did the routine for three months and got gains. Would taking a break for three months because of traveling during the summer cause me to lose those gains?

The act of doing a stretch is flexible. Meaning all the stretches you read about would qualify and to use as many of each as you wanted as long as you reach 30 stretches with 10 second durations total.

I’m not sure, as newbie gains are often just tissue readjustment and may need more time to be fully cemented. So, you could lose a little but I don’t know how much. Some folks have lost a lot of gains but they usually come back easier if they lose them.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

A sure fire way to keep this from happening would to be to just continue your newbie routine while you are traveling. The newbie routine isn’t very time consuming and you could always just do it before, during and after you shower while you are in the bathroom. If your traveling with someone it’s easy enough to pretend like you are pooping for 10 or 15 minutes before you shower, which would give you enough time to warm up with a face cloth and get your stretches in. And then jelq while you are in the shower. Or vice versa. You could even just get the water of your shower really hot, aim the head at your dick and use that as your warm up. Then stretch while you are in the shower. And get your jelqs in as soon as you get out of the shower, while still I the bathroom. All under the guise of pooping.

Now if you are showering with someone every time you shower, we’ll that’s a horse of a different color, as the munchkins liked to say.

Yeah I’ll end up figuring out how to keep the routine going over my traveling. This is kinda weird and may not work, but could warming up your hand with your breath and grabbing your cock substitute as a warm up/ warm wrap. Or would it atleast be better than no warm up or warm down at all? I won’t always have access to warm water while traveling.

Warming up is not a requirement ito is just recommended.
