Manual Stretches Newbie Routine
I’m doing another measurement on March 1st which will mark the start of my PE journey. In the mean time I am trying to read up as much as I can before I begin the newbie routine. As far as the manual stretches go, it says 30 (10 second) stretches, but the description of manual stretches have all different types, “straight out” , “left” , “right” , “up” , “down”. What should I be doing specifically when I start the newbie routine?
Also this is just a side question. If I did the routine for three months and got gains. Would taking a break for three months because of traveling during the summer cause me to lose those gains?
