Hi guys how are you
I’m going to add jelqing to my routine . 6 months since I started PE and thankfully I ve got some gains.
I ve read this thread

And the writer said 10 minutes jelqing on 60 % Erect . 5 days a week .
It seems newbie routine . Any
One got some serious gains by using this routine ( not beginners ) ?
Should I stop Ulis and squeezes and switch to this routine ? Help

Gains with a routine without jelq? Damn I should’ve known… Nah just kiddin’, of course you can gain without jelq but is not often to hear about someone who didn’t jelq from the beginning. And you’re right it is newbie but there’s a reason why jelq is included in the newbie routine: for growing.

Start with 10 minutes, is not just for growing but for adapting yourself to longer sessions, without surpassing 20 minutes imo. Adapt the Ulis in between the jelq session, if it’s too much, just slow down the intensity. Give a shot to jelq, I think is one of the main exercises we all should include in a routine. And not just my words.

Have you been doing manual stretches? Don’t strictly jelq.

So one day stretches and the other day ( jelqing and Ulis ) ?? 70% erect or 90% ??

When I started PE I did 1 month dry jelq and it gave me baseball bat shape .

I’m wondering if there is an exercise will give me a uniform girth ?

So you haven’t been doing stretches either? Maybe a I’ve got it wrong, could you describe your routine? So we can aid you better… Jelq between 70% & 80%, and you can do them both the same day, stretches a jelqs with Ulis. Maybe stretches in the mornig and jelqs a Ulis in the evening.

Yeah, there’s Clamping with Horse Squeezes to correct baseball bat shape but it’s a bit too damn risky if you are not use to intense excercises like Plumped Bends, Sadsak Slinky or basic Clamping (Extreme Uli)… Unless you’ve already done them for a while, then try it.

Ok . My routine is :
15 ulis(1 min) and 10 min stretches .
I think jelqing to the middle of the shaft will make the lower part( from the base to the middle) of the shaft bigger . Anyone has tried it ?? Do you think it will work ?

For how long have you been doing this routine? Six months? Or did you start with a diferent one? Because if your dick can handle that much of Ulis I think yo can add basic clamping for a few minutes 3-5 just for starters. If not just give it a few more months.

And yeah, it might work, I can’t recall who but some of us have tried that before but I don’t remember if they kept doing it. You can also try Sadsak Slinkys focusing in the lower part just 4-5 five minutes at the end of the routine but it might be a little difficult.
