Masturbation hurts gains? (with a twist)
Just something I was wondering if I could get input from the PE vets on considering I have never been one of the biology bookworms who actually understands the science behind this hobby. I’ve recently been doing my manual stretches and jelqs followed by masturbation, then after I’ve cooled off a bit I finish up with my clamping. Now from my experience in sex, my second erection has always been able to get rock hard, but not not until I’m actually penetrating while the first one can achieve the same EQ simply from manual/oral stimulation.
I have been off porn, so I’m usually not as hard as usual when I’ve begun clamping, and I wondered if with the previous exercises + orgasm, if my penis attempting harder than normal to go flaccid or even turtle to a point that that my clamp is no longer able to restrict blood flow enough. I haven’t had a real problem with it, while clamped and without erection I still am holding my 5.5 girth but I feel like there is less pressure than I am used to once the erection is lost. Should I just remove masturbating from my PE routine?
