So my routine is 3 days on 2 days off no matter. So I do my workouts heat, stretch, jelq. After the work out my penis smaller(after the 3days on). Then after the 2 days of it is slightly bigger or the same as it was before. EQ is always 95%+. My routine is the newbie routine but 5minutes longer on each exercise. Any one else have this “problem” or should I not worry cause technically I am still gaining

You started on a 3on/2off routine and notice that after the 3on days your dick is smaller than before but recovers after the two days off. That has several possible reasons:

- Maybe you measure a little bit too much. Imagine measuring after 5 days and you would register a 1mm growth. That would sum up to 73mm in a full year - an absolute speed record! 2.8 inches per year… Measure less, as simple as that. Once a month is more than enough. I even suggest that in the first 3 months to NOT measure at all. The penis does not grow faster if you measure more often, you simply add more mental pressure and have higher probability you will give up because of measuring frustration.

- Three on-days in a row as start is a lot! Usually not recommended. You have to give your dick a fair chance to get used to PE. No wonder he reacts by retreating a bit - it simply is too much for him. And he is telling you so because after 2off days everything is at it was before. So listen to your dick!

So I suggest you go as follows
- 1on/2off in the following 3 weeks
- 2on/2off in weeks 5-8
- 3on/2off in weeks 9-12
- 4on/2off in weeks 13-16
- 5on/2off in weeks 17-20

More than a 5/2 frequency usually is not recommended.

Try to get over your curiosity and do not measure before week 21. But then, I more or less guarantee you, you will come back and sing the song “It’s working! It’s working!” in your loudest voice :-)

Try it and be surprised.

I’m going to add the recommendation that during the same 3 month time period of no measuring that you commit to a solid healthy diet ( I’m a big fan of keto) and weight lifting 3-4 days a week with cardio on the off days. You can do anything for 90 days so do PE diet and exercise and then compare to where you started. You’ll feel like a brand new man with a pile of confidence to boot!

It works so do the work.

I’ll try a lighter routine. 2on and 2 off and take some time off the amount of work I put into training. And I started working out taking some natural testosterone booster such as L-Arginine and tribulus.

So here I go today’s measurements after a 2 day break(will be the last for 30day)

July13.BPEL 6.5inch.MSEG 5.5 inch..
My first goal.. BPEL 7.25inch.. Any girth I’ll take as a bonus
