Mike Stretcher Log + Questions

Hi there

Started using an All day Stretcher, ESL40, stretching upward toward belly button.

I like the relative low amount of ‘work’ - just put it on and leave it for hours.
I basically *need* something that is not too much work, i know from experience other way doesn’t work for me.

Questions:
1. If you have any quick tips that i should know before i do this the next 3 years without visiting the forum, that would be nice :)
Or links to ‘must-read’ threads
2. How often do you think is it good to measure? Was thinking once a month, or once every 2 months.
3. What is the feeling of this forum, does an all day stretcher even produce gains alone, how is the sentiment? (If not, i guess hanging does work good with all day stretching)
4. One thing i also do is whenever i go to toilet at home i take 30 seconds to pull on the penis as hard as i can with the hand - good or no good?
5. I would also look into wearing a cockring in the day (wearing it when i am out, while wearing esl when i am alone at home), but i guess i just have to read 40 pages of the other thread if this is really a good method
