Mix-up routines

I notice most of the PE routines focus on doing the same thing day in, day out, skipping days or some such or maybe mixing it up a little, but certainly nothing like you would in the gym. I’m wondering if anyone has tried to use some crossfit moves with it. For instance, and I’m making shit up for effect though it may make sense to actually employ something like this, here are some examples:

Jackie: 50 jelqs at 50%, two minute rest, three sets

Bethany: 80 jelqs at 80%, five minute rest, two sets

Jessica: 6x30s pulls, down, right, behind-the-thigh

Kelly Sue: 10lb hang, 10mins

Black Betty: 10 mins pump

Adelle: 10 mins clamp

Rosanne: 10 mins squeeze

Grace: 10 mins bend/jelq at 50-80%

Nurse Susan: Masturbation or sex day

Then you would employ the workout routines like this:

Mon: Jackie
Tue: Adelle
Wed: Off
Th: Kelly Sue
Fri: Nurse Susan with some Jameson
Sat-Sun: Off

Then mix it up the next week with another routine and so on.

Could work.

I would either focus totally at girth or length or be doing both, balanced but present everyday.

Alternating solo girth and solo length days could be something to try on.

CrossCock! I guess —like crossfit— the only people who should be doing such varied and complicated exercises are well trained and conditioned athletes.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

I’m too new to speak to the effectiveness of this exercise routine, but I like the code names. Anything to keep from burning out is probably good. Personally, I think I’d have to use the gals from “Mambo Number 5” though. ( A little bit of Monica, Tina, Rena, and the others, lol)

This could work.

Only problem is causation triangulation. You won’t really be sure what is the most effective exercise or day of the week and what days are mostly wasted.

Or in layman’s terms: which chick is your “ride or die” or “just with you for the free shit” *chuckles*
