I have now been peing for 6 months and I thought I would post my progress. I have gained approximately .8 inches in length and .3 inches in girth. I measure weekly, and excluding the newbie pop (.3 by .1 probably EQ related) I am gaining approximately .1 by .03 inches per month. Thanks to all of the members of this forum for making this a comprehensive source that allows for real change and good luck to everyone.

Congratulations mizguy, that is really motivating. Have you made those gains using only the newbie routine?

Thighhunter - I made about half of those gains from the newbie routine, the other half from my own adjusted routine, which is basically a focused newbie routine.

Platinumplaya - The routine I currently use is an alternating one week stretching, one week jelqing routine. I do 5 days on, 2 days off. I start with a 5 minute warm up with a rice sock. For a stretching day, I stretch for 16 minutes over a two inch diameter vitamin bottle (see Mem’s Momentous Routine), taking a break every two minutes. For a Jelqing day, I jelq over and underhand for 4 minutes each, then do two 30 second horse squeezes. I then repeat what I just did again.

I also try to focus only on the exercises while I do them, not read, watch tv, etc. My gains have definitely increased since I started concentration on PE only during PE.
