Moving on from Beginner Routine. Should I target length first? With Hanger?

Hi Guys,

I have been doing the beginner routine for a few months now, noticed a definite improvement in EQ but now I feel I am ready to introduce something a bit more ‘targeted’.

I am currently 6x5 inches when erect. My ultimate goal is 7.5x6. I would even be happy at 7x5.5 and may stop there if I feel I have achieved enough. You might think this is a modest goal, but my aim isn’t to have a truly huge penis.

So, my questions are.. Should I target length before girth? If so would this be best achieved through hanging? I was thinking of ordering a bib starter.

From my searching on the forum I can’t see that anything has surpassed hanging for length gains, or have I missed something?

I work from home so time and privacy aren’t a problem for me.

My personal opinion I think you might want to do a little more conditioning,and then start slow low weight and work your way up from there.I have never used a bib I hear the wrapping technique is an art.Some of the guys on the here are a little bit more experienced on the bib.I use a vac hanger a little less involved,but I think you can get to your goal.Its just my opinion I think You might want to do the newbie routine a little longer than 2 months don’t rush it. You don’t want to get a injury.Read there’s a lot of good information that has helped me in my PE journey,and alot of people willing to help,i would say keep what your doing and take it slow for 6 to 8 months and go from there.

In my experience I used the bib early BUT when I came back to PE two years ago I didn’t start with the newbie routine. I now feel that was a mistake. So about three months into pumping I got a bib because I was well conditioned. I would say that you need to mentally prepare yourself for hanging. It’s very time consuming and extremely boring, where as other types of PE can be a lot fun. If you do go that route look up how to wrap videos they were very helpful for me. Look up all the info you can on hanging before you even buy a hanger. Practice wrapping, sit for about 20 minutes, unwrap, jelq or rub your dick for about 5 minutes with some form of heat, than do that a bunch more times and decide if hanging is for you. I’m trying to paint you a mental picture of what your PE will look like with hanging.
