Moving on from Beginner Routine. Should I target length first? With Hanger?

I have been doing the beginner routine for a few months now, noticed a definite improvement in EQ but now I feel I am ready to introduce something a bit more ‘targeted’.
I am currently 6x5 inches when erect. My ultimate goal is 7.5x6. I would even be happy at 7x5.5 and may stop there if I feel I have achieved enough. You might think this is a modest goal, but my aim isn’t to have a truly huge penis.
So, my questions are.. Should I target length before girth? If so would this be best achieved through hanging? I was thinking of ordering a bib starter.
From my searching on the forum I can’t see that anything has surpassed hanging for length gains, or have I missed something?
I work from home so time and privacy aren’t a problem for me.
