Moving up to Horse Squeeze

Moving up to Horse Squeeze

I’ve been doing Uli stretches for a while now and I’m about to move on and start doing horse squeezes. I just wanted to get an idea of when I may start seeing gains, so if I don’t see any gains in the projected time period I can change things up.

Hopefully you are doing Horses alongside the Newbie Routine, using heat etc. There are no hard and fast rules as to how fast you will see gains; it can depend on how much and how effectively you are doing other exercises, and will depend a lot on how your penis reacts to exercises. Horses are pretty intense, so there isn’t a lot of changing things up to do from there. If you are gaining on your current routine, don’t add them. Only change things if you are not gaining.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

With horse 440’s you are entering the realm of PE that can not be done with absolute safety. It is like driving drunk with your lights off at night whilst getting a blow job. Sure we have all done it; but, even if you do it as safely as possible it is at least partially down to luck.

If what you are already doing is working don’t change it. If your current routine is not working horses shouldn’t be your first choice to ramp things up. Don’t do them at all without plenty of time in on the newbie routine and being toughened up. If/when you do do them be amazingly careful and double down on heat. Do your homework. Eat your vegetables.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I guess I should have stated this first, but I’ve been doing PE for about 5-6 years. I’ve had an account on this forum for a while, I’ve just been more of a lurker than a poster and the rules state that I can’t post anywhere else until I have posted 30 times (28 more to go). I started with the newbie routine when I first began doing PE exercises, then about 2 years ago I started doing Uli stretch. I’ve gotten a satisfactory increase in length, now I want to focus on increasing my girth, and I’ve been reading on this site, and others, that the horse squeeze is a good way to do so. I’ve read many posts and I am fully aware of the risks associated with with horse squeezes. I know not to go jumping into the exercise with both feet. Sorry if there was any confusion.

That’s OK - we do seem to get a lot of guys who have had an account for several years, then when they start posting they say they are finally going to try PE!

By now you should have a pretty good feel for what your penis is experiencing, so you will feel if the exercise is working for you, or not, and how hard you should be doing it etc.

Just keep an accurate measuring log when you add the horses, and see what happens. Start with less, and add more if you are not getting gains off them.

Horse jelqs are poor technique since it results in an ‘hourglass’ kind of symmetry, you should consider better exercises (and, there are many). The ‘bowling pin’ is not the objective for most.

Take anything and everything that Kroyzen has posted with a large grain of salt.

I just started doing Horses about 6 weeks ago. So far, things have gone smoothly, but anytime I’ve felt pain, or even discomfort, I’ve stopped my PE for the day and resumed the next.

I measure on the 15th of every month. In my first month of doing Horses, I gained 1/16th of an inch. Hope that helps.

Hey could you tell more about other “better exercises”?

Well, I have always done Uli’s as the flagship of my routines. If you work up from the base and always extenuate the pressure to the head it provides the necessary expansion and widening of the blood carrying tissue. You have to realize that gains come slowly due to the nature of the physiology, but with discipline and consistency you will increase the volume capacity/or blood intake and thereby make a larger erection. The only problem I have with ‘horse squeezes,’ is it can sometimes work the plumbing backwards and you end up squeezing the head (which is counter-productive, you do not want to make the head smaller while ballooning the shaft.)

As you work the penis it becomes more distensible for a given volume of blood, so it gradually will accept more blood and give you greater size. The best way to do this is through hand manipulations and hanging and stretching. Its best to always do this just about every day, so every bathroom trip you want to take advantage of using the stall and working your penis for 3 or 4 minutes, or longer. You will see the results using a steady formula.

A Horse440 won’t give you an hourglass shaped penis. For a start most stretching will increase base girth and then with the addition of Ulis or Sadsak Head exercises, you can stretch out the glans. It’s important to see any exercise as part of a routine.
