You are waaaay overthinking this. Just do as I said - focus your attention on your tailbone (coccyx) while lightly contracting the anus. IF you focus on the coccyx (not the anus) you will feel the contraction you are seeking. The actual ‘tailbone muscle’ is the coccygeus, but you will not be able to independently feel it to contract it, because you are not yet used to feeling it - but you are used to feeling your anal sphincter contracting, so you have to work from there - contract anus, but focus on coccyx. You will be contracting your PC as well, because its almost impossible to not contract because of where it connects to, but don’t focus on it. Focus on the coccyx.
You will learn by doing, not by asking lots of questions. It feels like I’ve linked posts and given you the same answers every day for several days, just worded differently. Just do it, and keep trying until you get it - it sounds as if you are getting the right feelings. If you are not sure, as me again in a month.
Just to help with understanding that the PC and other deep pelvic floor muscles are all interconnected, and that you will have a heck of a job just trying to contract just one of them until you have worked at it for a while, here is a chiropractic site talking about kegels and DPF muscles: Kegel exercises are vital for a healthy pelvis, prostate and bladder.
