Whatsup guys, like I have said before I have been at the p.e routine for nearly 7/8months and have started adding erect squeezes with horse 440’s and getting good results.

During my session which begins with a 10 minute stretch I remain hard and close to the P.O.N.R. During the whole thing because I need to remain hard

So you can say that I am edging as well as p.eing. However throughout the session I sometimes experience loss of girth during my erect state.

Don’t get me wrong when I first get it up it’s at it’s full mass but than after I have to get it up about 3 or 4 times again I think I begin to loose EG.

Like I have mentioned I have been getting good gains with this happening and mainly positive P.E’S and when I am about to have sex it looks back to normal.

I don’t know if it is a mental thing or maybe the squeezes tire it out, I have heard loss of girth during edging but at the same time I have heard of increased girth.

My routine is- 2 days on one day off plus weekends MON /TUES-ON WED-OFF THURS/FRI-ON WEEKENDS OFF

-10 min stretch
- 2 minute heli
- 3/20 second erect squeezes followed by jelqs
- 2 or 3 horse440’s followed by jelqs
- Mind you that I am pumping the whole time


It’s not like I am loosing gains-yet. But I don’t know if it’s normal for this to happen or if I should lower it and go for the “less is better” Circumstance



(Remember that I am getting gains,not lately but I have been and maybe the loss of e.g during the w/o’s is mental.I have not measured)


So guys if anybody experiences this or has a suggestion please let me know THANKYOU

All I can say is I was told never to stretch while hard, so please be careful with that.
