Title says it all. Put yourself in my shoes and provide advice on how you would handle your next PE step.

Currently “unofficial” BPEL = 7”. I’m trying to hit BPEL = 7.5 then I will be focusing on girth work. So your now me and currently at 7” trying to get to 7.5. You stealth PE, cannot use an ADS. Wife comes home randomly no set break just when ever time frees up. Does not take her long to get to my office, so not enough time to remove the ADS.

I used an ADS + newbie routine to hit BPEL 6.50, then I started light handing 20 mins or so after the ADS then hit 6.75. At 6.75 I was hanging only. I’m currently up to 7.5lbs. I cannot step up slowly because my next weight I have is 10lbs which I use a few times a week.

My routine use to consist of:

Hot wrap 5 minutes.
ADS 3 to 4 hours.
Newbie Routine.
Light Hanging.
Manual stretches when ever I can or alone.

Now it consist of:

Hot wrap 5 mins between each hanging session “3 x 20 mins”
1 hour hanging a day, mostly 7.5lbs, once in awhile I throw on 10lbs for 20 mins.
Manual stretching when ever I can.

What would YOU do with my current limitations to make the jump to 7.5 to be able to finally work on girth? Any advice will be appreciated.

Hanging and manual stretching may be too much for your penis. My suggestion would be to hang and ADS after.

Very good gains in your first year. For me I am just getting started and have some swollen veins
From when I did PE without warm ups and stretching. Should I be worried about getting back to it
And doing hanging? I am worried about the hanging it seems like it may be too much.

I would go straight to girth work now. Your length is approaching “Huge” territory but your girth low-average. Girth is probably more important overall IMO. Also, I am under the belief that gains in both length and girth become progressively harder to achieve as we move through our PE career. You should hit girth now. By including some exercises that target length and girth, such as O-bends, you will probably gain more length as well.

In conclusion, if I were you, I would be easing myself in a girth focused routine right about now 7” BPEL is impressive.

I’m in a similar boat as you. I’m at 7 BPEL and my girlfriend has made many favorable size comments as of late but I think its actually only directed at my length. My girth is about 5 mid. Sometimes I think she is actually bothered when she gets poked in the cervix. it is very true that the length part makes us feel better about ourselves but its the girth that makes women feel better. My girlfriend literally used the word girth once when I asked if women talk about penis size. Which sucks since I’m in the average range there. I would work girth more too. I’ve started thinking about clamping more. I think women would prefer a 7 x 5.5 penis over an 8 x 5 or under penis.

If I had 4.5” girth, I’d want to focus on gaining in this area. Your length is fine.

I wish I had the “healthy” advice when I first started. I kept it to myself in fear if revealing it she would take it hard on herself. I have made a comment before I started PE, like an insecure penis comment and she would just say its not small, my vagina is just big, etc. Little tip offs like that.

I know when I hit the 6.25 or 6.50 mark she got “kind of” down on herself about age, thinking since it now was hitting something it was because she was aging and as women age their vagina depth can drop down some. I should have told her then, but again feared she would be hard on herself about it.

Anyhow I am stuck on the 7.5x5 goal. Main reason is I’m pretty close to achieving it. I need to acheive it, then maintain for about 6 months to 1 year. I will always do some type of PE after my goal to keep it healthy and keep the gains. Once I have retained my gains I am getting surgery to reduce my turkey neck. Its bad, it creeps up all but about 3 or 3.5 inches of the shaft.

So that is another reason if just hitting the goal I set so I do not get the surgery and then start chasing more gains.

Anymore advice to make that half inch jump? Anything you would change up that could “shock” it start gaining. Or anything I should add or remove from my current routine?

Well with only being a half inch away I will just continue in stealth mode. Girth work will be very easy to hide once I start on that.

I need advice on how YOU would achieve that last half inch if you were in my shoes? Do I continue as normal? Up the weight? Try a new routine?

I like to think I have studied and know my PE very well, but I also realize PE community is always growing with ideas, and theories that people discover that provide gains.

So you have gained 1 1/8” in length and you are looking for another half inch.

You are not much different from me. I have gained just about 1 1/2” in length and would like another half inch. The reasons are: I too am married and I know my wife could handle it without any problem. Another half inch would give me a NBPEL of 7” and a BPEL of 8”, or just a little more. In my opinion, my cock would look a little better proportioned. I am a little more than 5 1/2” circumference through most of the shaft, but around 6.25” right at the base, and I look a little “chubby”.

Here’s what I have done (I seem to be seeing some results in the form of an improvement of BPFSL): I have been hanging 20 minute sets, currently at just under 15 lbs. I would ask you if you feel a good sense of stretch and fatigue in the ligaments during and after hanging. If not, you may need to start gradually increasing the weight.

I have increased the intensity of stretches, not only in the overall time spent stretching, but force used and duration of each stretch, holding stretches for up to 120 seconds each. I have also added bundled stretches and fulcrum stretches to stretching down and to the sides, straight out, straight up, and laterally.

I do a lot of downward jelqing at low erection levels. I also do Fowfers whenever I can.

I’ll let you know if and when I get that last half inch.

Yeah I think I really don’t have a choice but to modify my cable clamp for a more comfortable hang and up it to 10lbs. I will have to hit the hardware store this weekend and see what modifications I can make.

I forgot to mention that I have also done more two-handed (“tug-of-war”) segmental stretches and Kegel stretches (stretching while Kegeling).

I have tried the JAI stretches but the concept doesn’t appeal to me that much. If short 2 second stretches were that effective, I think you would achieve that effect with jelqing (3 sec each) at low erection levels, which I already do.

It is interesting but I gained nearly an inch in length without much measurable increase in girth. Now I am concentrating on length, but I seem to be gaining girth more easily, even though that isn’t my target. I’m concerned that if this continues I might have to quit before I reach my length goal.

I have gained anywhere from .25” to .5” of girth, depending on where one measures, but the greatest gain has been at the base and I think hanging may be responsible for that. I have always been thickest at the base, but now I am more so.
