This becomes your baseline…your anchor point. If you find that as you PE your EQ gets even better…THAT becomes your new baseline. Your highest level of EQ should always be your new baseline, because the better your EQ, the greater your chances of being in the growth zone.

KEGEL at least 50 times a day. That should improve your EQ alot. It works for me, I actually do Stretched kegels. Lightly pull it out when soft then kegel and hold it for as long as possible. You should be able to see your hand move up and down if you’re pulling at the right intensity.
