Start with the Newbie Routine, maybe even something a little lighter (less duration) if you’re just starting. Get the techniques down and focus on form. Since you lift weights, you know how important correct form is to an exercise and it’s the same here. I too was once a little heavier at 236 and I’m only about 6 ft tall. I was big… and now I’m in the low 180s and continue to eat well and exercise. Another thing to consider is WHY you want to gain. And be honest with yourself. Is it just to impress the ladies? Or is it really for you, or both. Me personally, I’m content with my penis size, but saw jelqing as an interesting thing to try and see if it really works. Having a little more size would be cool, let’s face it. So for me it’s about 85% for me and 15% for the reaction I may get if any serious growth takes place. I’m still relatively new, but have gained a little bit which I’ve chalked up to improvement in EQ. My stats below will show that the gain is minimal, which leads me to believe it’s not actual growth but EQ improvement but I’ll take that!
Anyways… if you decide to go for it, be patient and stick with it. You’ve obviously got the discipline to do it because you’e proven that with the exercise and weight loss journey you’ve been on. Just make sure it’s for the right reasons because if it’s not, the chances that you’ll stick with it will diminish drastically. Stay Classy…
