My new experience post. Gains

Hi everyone.

Last post I did I mentioned I didn’t gain in 9 weeks. Well, now it’s been 13 weeks and I can tell I have gained some length, around 1 cm. I haven’t taken any time off. i just skipped 1 or two PE days. I still usually end the PE session jerking off.
I noticed this gains two weeks later I wrote the last post but I have been quite busy. It is kinda strange I gained in two weeks 1 cm. Maybe I didn’t measure the write way.
From the second month I changed my routine a little, I stretch, jelq, and apply squeezes and Ullis at the end of the train and not in between wet jelqing training. The other way took way too long. I have also added 3 min stretches every two hours along the day and apply more V and A streches. I also wear a homemade cockring to the gym as it turtle a lot when I do sports.

I atribute this gains to a better EQ since my flacid doesn’t seem to have grown. So maybe they come from jelqing. I have learnt to jelq I think. I do a strong Ok grip and I focus on pushing both “musles of the sides”

What I plan to do as soon as I get money is to add a good suction extender and also hang without schedule as I don’t have much privacy. Does it sound like a good plan?

I have a low LOT, will I have to wear the extender upwards using the elastic of the pants?

I really want to focus on length, should I quit Ullis? I wish I had’t begun with Ullis/squeezes so early, now I don’t know were my gains come from… will it be likely to keep on gaining if I stop the hardest exercise I have done so far from the third week?

Thanks you all I hope some of you can give your opinion about these questions, specially about quitting Ullis.

Man, why do people complicate PE so early? I honestly would never dream of doing anything other than wet jelqs and stretches for another 3/4 months. From what I understand you are just hindering your newbie gains.

Maybe. But what is sure is that I gained so far from what seems a better EQ. What should I do? Stop ullis?

9 weeks nothing 13 weeks gains just goes to show that gains don’t come early and what ever is worth having is worth working for.

I also think so. I will stick on this routine till I get an extender.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Why do you do PE more complcated then you need and why add ulli and squeezes when you hit the gain zone?!

You want lenght.. and add two advenced girth exercises.

I know man…. I added squezes adn Ullis very early since I didn’t feel anything while jelqing (maybe I didn’t and still don’t know what I am supposed to feel). After Ullis jelqing like the blood was flowing better. But lettign your dick subside to jelq after every Ullis set was like 90 min workout…. I am just doing a few Ullis after 10 min dry jelq and 5 min wet jelq. I know I am supposed to quit Ullis if i want gain length. But so far in less than 3 months I gained 1 cm with this routine…. it is kinda hard to decide stopping doing what somehow worked for me. If I stop Ullis/squeezes, is like going from more to less and maybe my gains will stop ??

Could anyone suggest me a length routine?
I am stretching 3 min every 2 hours, is it enough if I just do some jelqing at night 5 days a week?

Newbie just doing basixc routine with ADS, and pump. My BPEL 6.5 5/8 b=now currently at 6.5 7/8 nearly at 7” my goal short term goal is 7.5
I nver measure flaccid stretch lenth I felt I can stretch further I strectch at the 7” mark so in due time I shld be at 7”.I’m on two weeks I no I’m suppose to measure after a month but the curiousity was killling me lol

Loss in EQ went from 5.1 1/4 to 5” I don’t kno I start my PE 2-3 days before I measure my girth my it was swollen from the first 3days.

I’m fairly new onto this. I haven’t commented on many posts before.
I completed the newbie routine which I did for around 4 months although I wasn’t quite as consistent as I would have hoped due to time constraints. I did however only miss days here and there.
Reasonably happy with my results, have noticed some flaccid gains but certainly better EQ. I stupidly didn’t take any starting erect measurements but if I have gained they’re only minimal. I’m not disheartened though and will continue.
My routine is basically 15 min warm up in shower with some light stretches and kegels. Used to do 15 minutes of wet jelqs but have now increased to 20 minutes. Then warm down if time allows.
My current stats are 6 3/4” BPEL x 5” girth.
My goal is 7 1/4” x 5 1/2 ” so its mainly girth I am after.
Would like to incorporate some ulis and squeezes during my jelqs and also Tunica tugs in my warm up but I’m not 100% as to how these are all performed.
Should Tunica tugs be done flaccid ?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Would like to form up a personal log so hopefully that will follow.

Yeah man add some squeezes ullis and see how you penis reacts. I have been doing them for 2 month and wish I hadn’t… Cuz I’m mainly into length.

Iv not heard of JAI stretches.
I think a Tunica tug is performed when flaccid, often during the warm up / stretching routine ( hopefully somebody will confirm ) , you form an ‘A’ with your middle finger and forefinger of one hand right at the base of your penis. You press and hard and hold it there and with your other hand stretch out your penis away from your first hand and hold it there.
I’m not 100% sure if this is all correct, but these exercises are meant to be good for girth gains ?
I would have thought it would have targeted length more but apparently not.
Would like to hear feedback on this, whether what I’m saying is correct and how long I should hold it stretched for.

I did 4 x 10 or 4 x15 after 15 min jelq. You “A stretch ” seems cool. But instead of using your fingers You could use a sock downward ??

Not sure what you mean by using a sock downward.

The theory I found for the Tunica tug was on a similar site to this. It seemed quite clear as to how to perform the tug but didn’t state if it should Be done flaccid or erect.

I’m doing flaccid Tunica tugs during my warm up.
