My new program (time saving)

5 min warm up
5 min all side stretching
100 jelqs for starting (I had 2 injuries and I am now taking it easy)
5 min total hand clamping with 40% to 70% erection spread through the jelqing (like I make 25 jelqs clamp for a minute, make another 25 and again clamp for a minute…)
5 min warm up
Some kegels
Ejaculation only 1 time in the week or even less
Some edging when I have privacy

2 days on 1 off

After every cycle (2on1off) I will add 10 jelqs until I reach 250 (after that it gets too long(I will reach this number in a month and a half)),
I’ll make the stretching 10 min total during these 45 days,
the clamping 10 min.
After this I will concentrate only on clamping.I will start making it with higher erection level and for longer periods.Like two 5 min sets.This will go for a month and after that i will add 10 min to the clamping during a 2 month period.
So the hole program will be around 135 days.

Can I move the stretches to the end?

It is better to do first the stretches then jelqs.Don’t move the stretches to the end.
