My new routine
Hi guys, since 1 month, I’ve a new routine. There is 3 months ago, I’ve an injury, so I stop ed during 1 month, so.:
10min in hot water
30 min jelq
10 min stretching
5 min for my testicle’s
10 min in hot water
Is a good routine?
