My progress: slowly, but continuous.
I’m almost 3 months make PE. Progress is exist.
Some history.
First measurements.
BPEL 6.1 in
EG 5.11 in
FL 3.5 in
FG 4.33 in.
Started with routing:
Twice per day.
Worm up
Dry jelq with overhead grip alternating left and right hand. Up to 600 jelqs.
5 x 10 seconds starches in all directions.
Worm down.
I used this routing 2 months.
I opened thread. Received advises and redesigned my routing. It was too hard by some opinions.
I slowed down my PE.
Current routing.
Worm up.
Decreased number of jelqs. Do it slower. Do it up to 10 minutes. I started to use Power jelq. Power Jelq in the beginning, then continue with hands.
Stretches. 5 x 30 seconds upward direction and out ward direction. I use overhead grip. It is more convenient for me.
I’m limited with time. It is a problem. I can not always complete stretch session. And I do stretches during the day, when possible.
I do not forget about Kegels. Do this exercise every day.
15 x 10 seconds contractions. 500 short contractions.

My goal is
BPEL 8 in
EG 5.5 in
Keeping such speed I can reach goal in 10 month from now. It is not so bed for my. This is marathon.
