MY Routine
I’ve been PE’ing for 16 years now, started around 6.5 or 6.75 length (measured by girlfriend) mostly jelqing. I never liked Stretching , still don’t do it maybe once in a while. I actually found a website back in the day that just taught jelqing and all the direction pulls. I do use the size genetics extender.
The last 3 years I been using the Bathmate and Sizegenetics which I bought roughly at the same time. I would use them once in a while maybe three times a week. I started really wearing the Sizegenetics 6 days a week 8+ hours. Basically I’ve been at this for a while.
Well I discovered clamping and SSJ’s and this is my 7th week incorporating them. I checked this forum because I hit a plateau of 7 7/8 BPEL and 5 3/4 MEG. Currently at 8 BPEL and 6 1/16 MEG , measured after a 5 day break . I guess something just happened to push my gains and cement them after about 18 months of nothing.
Here’s my routine 4 days a week 3 days rest:
25 minutes Bathmate (10 min 10 min 5 min)
15 min Dry Jelqu
10 min SSJ’s
Clamp 10 mins
5 min SSJ’s
Clamp 10 mins
5 min Dry Jelqu
Clamp 10 mins (last 3 mins 2nd clamp added)
5 min SSJ’s
Clamp 10 mins (last 3 mins 2nd clamp added)
Edging 30 mins
4-6 hours Sizegenetics
Clamp 15 mins (5 mins 1 clamp, 5 mins 2nd clamp, 3 mins 3rd clamp , take clamp off each remaining minute)
I usually end up about 8 1/4 BPE and 6 1/2 MEG Temp gains after last session of the day.
