Need a little help

I just bought a bathmate x30 I had the x20 and was in need of an upgrade. I got it on eBay and it as legit and stuff. The x20 had a comfort pad base that went in like 2 or so inches into the pump. The x30 I got barely goes in so allows more room for girth and stuff to fit inside. But my problem I am having is being able to get a good suction, and the base thing feels loose and every time I take the pump off after 5 minutes the pad comes off. I have good girth. It is a lot harder to push down on the pump to get initial suction before moving valve to middle and pumping. I am also having a problem of my left nut(which does not hang as low as right one) and only that one get sucked or is pulled really close to the pump and it messes with the pump to dick. I have used an O ring, and other cock ring I have found lying around the house. LOL. I can only do it when in bath, I lose the suction if standing all the water pumps out but then the pump comes off pump suction and is like nothing happened. I don’t know if it Is just I need to figure it out since a new pump or it is malfunctioned or if there any things I should try, Has anybody had same issue or know what is wrong. I am mainly trying to work on getting more length. Thanks

Cut hair down.

Use a sleeve at the bottom.

Wrap your nuts with a thinner hair tie. Always happens with pumping.

Just try the BM on afloat surface and pump. If it can’t hold the air the valve might be faulty. Also BM on eBay could mean it’s fake…?

I figured it out. I bought it from a authorized bathmate seller. It is legit. It was in same shipping box and packaging as I bought from bathmate. It was not shady or weird looking, I’m sure people work hard t have all the things to make it look real, but this one was. I didnt have the lines matched up on the edge of pump it was moving around, and then also I used a cock ring to get balls to not get pulled into pump. Thanks for suggestions and ya I was freaked out kinda but you said it happens so it made me feel less worried. I was getting pissed lol. No pun intended hahah

Ya I do I have never had an air pump so I don’t have any suggestions on that, I don’t know how it feels or anything. I had a question, how do you have 6 NBPEL and 8 BPEL? Not trying to be rude or questioning just was wondering. I wish I had 8 BPEL you are lucky and started out already at over 7.

You cannot get the initial pump without centering the black pip.

You also cannot get a good suction standing up, because the comfort ring is too rigid.

You can pump once to get the initial suction, then immediately flick the valve pip to the side to lock it. Then sit down and release the pip, to pump up to the max.

Along with tying your nuts back, you can try pushing the bottom edge of the comfort ring firmly against you to stop them from getting sucked in. Again, the rigid comfort ring does not help much.

You can also try pumping with the comfort ring removed. It’s much better suction, but slightly less usable length in the tube and there is some bite from the gaiter.

The x30 has a laughable amount of suction compared to my older Hercules. It’s far weaker. I have to use an external pump mod to get a comparable amount of suction, but I would definitely not recommend that if you are new to pumping.

P. S. The comfort ring might be coming off because you are neglecting to release the valve pip before removing it.

They also sell a ring to prevent ball suckage. Actually they have two different sizes that come in one package and they work ok for me.
