Iv been PEing since JAN 08. I want to know whether anyone can suggest any different methods of PEing for me at this stage other than the usual Jelqs cos I feel it aint growing anymore. My BPEL was 6.75in and it increased to 7in in four months. But in the last two months iv had no gains. I have increased the intensity of my routine but still no progress. I need lenght mostly

My routine:
5min hot wrap
5min stretching
15min jelqing
5min hot wrap

Well for one thing you need to up your stretching time a bunch. Jelqing is great for over all weenie health but stretching is the component of manual PE that will give you length.

What about hanging and/or clamping?

Read bib’s post—that guy did tons of hanging.. Uli#3.. And something else—I would have to look—he gained 4.5.. I would imagine the all day hanging at 45lbs+ had something to do with that.

now: 7.3" BPEL, 5.4" MSEG

Quite honestly I’m sick of jelqing. I feel it aint giving me the gains anymore. What if I cut back on the jelqing and increase the manual stretching to 20mins and workout everyday instead of day in/day off?

I am not the best one to be giving manual PE advise; sorry you are not getting more traffic on this thread. Do keep in mind that part of the rational behind the n00b routine is conditioning a brand new guy. You have been doing some kind of PE for 1/2 a year now and need to look at your current/future PE from that perspective.

In half a year you have increased jelqing by 5 minutes and the stretching not at all. So, you never really did the newbie routine as recommended. That is cool, go on from where you are now.

With that in mind I do think that the amount of jelqing in the first few months is mostly for conditioning. Rather than necessarily PEing harder as you have been I would go with increasing your stretch time as you have suggested.
