I am not the best one to be giving manual PE advise; sorry you are not getting more traffic on this thread. Do keep in mind that part of the rational behind the n00b routine is conditioning a brand new guy. You have been doing some kind of PE for 1/2 a year now and need to look at your current/future PE from that perspective.
In half a year you have increased jelqing by 5 minutes and the stretching not at all. So, you never really did the newbie routine as recommended. That is cool, go on from where you are now.
With that in mind I do think that the amount of jelqing in the first few months is mostly for conditioning. Rather than necessarily PEing harder as you have been I would go with increasing your stretch time as you have suggested.
