Hi all. I’ve been jelqing on and off for about one year. I’ve seen VERY modest gains in both length and girth. I’m pretty average in terms of both (about 6 inches long and 5 inches around). Here is the problem. Since my wife has had two children things seem a bit looser down there and I want to gain a bit in girth to add the pre-children friction back. I’ve read about the clamping thing being effective and was wondering if you could use a cock ring instead of a clamp (and kegel while it is on). I’ve also read that the bending around your finger exercise is pretty effective for girth. Anyway, I know I haven’t been working as hard as I should on the jelqing exercises but any help from you guys would be MUCH appreciated. Oh yeah, I’ve also tried a penis pump but it doesn’t seem to do much except for 20 minutes afterward.

BTW: this isn’t really related but I had the hardest erection I’ve had since I was 17 the other night (I’m 33 now). My wife couldn’t believe it - she was so impressed :) I don’t know why? <— I know why she was impressed I just don’t know why I had such a hard erection.

Where do I start?

1) Doing PE “on and off” is the reason for your “VERY modest” gains. You need consistency.
2) You tried a penis pump, but it didnt work except for 20 mins post pump. How long did you follow a set routine? Not long by the sounds of it.
3) No, you cant replicate clamping by kegeling with a cock ring on.
4) If your wife is loose, get HER to kegel, and tighten herself up.

Um well I can tell you one thing you should be persistent with your work out, get a routine going. I’m not sure about the cock ring you’ll have to ask someone else about that, but I think clamping is the best work out for grith I haven’t been at it long but I have been doing it and I can see some changes. If you do clamp start with three sets for 10-15 mins. a piece, Kergel (I do 500+ a day) thats also important people forget that, and dry jelq. I was doing about 20 minutes everyday for about three weeks. It certainly caused some girth gains but they quickly faded.

I trust your judgement but may I inquire as to why? I thought the idea behind the clamp was to trap blood in your penis by preventing the blood from leaving through the veins nearer the surface. My cock ring seems effective at doing this. My penis does get quite large while it is on. My apologies if this has been repeatedly discussed.

She does kegel. I just want to pull my weight too ;) - after all, she did have two children for me, the least I can do is some PE exercises to help her get more enjoyment out of sex :)

Pumping you need to stick with for longer than 3 weeks (like all PE). You cant cement gains in 3 weeks.

Clamping builds up monsterous amounts of internal pressure in the penis….the kind of pressure that a cock ring can only dream about, as it wasnt designed for that purpose. Theres a huge thread about Clamping by “Big Girtha” which goes into pretty much every aspect of Clamping, so for more detail, thats worth a read

If you’re worried about length gains, jelq at around 50-70% erection level, and either reduce or eliminate the stretches…..

Once you’ve been jelqing consistently for 3 months minimum, you can go onto girth-specific exercises (like clamping), but you must condition your dick first - thats what the 3 months of jelqing does.
