I was on Pegym about 7 months ago didn’t get into full routine just kegeled and reverse kegeled. It started becoming harder to get an erection so I started reverse kegeling (I know I fucked up) anyway I would do this during sex last a long time and eventually I was doing it on accident. I worked security and sat for 8 hours a day doing this, also I drive a truck now more sitting. 1 day my whole lower back was stiff I couldn’t move any muscle in my core. 7 months later no morning wood and maybe 3-4 good erections the whole time I’ve noticed my hamstrings hips lower abdomen and muscles around my butthole are all tight. I think working out doing abs and legs also seems to make them tighter. Any advice on what to do and what not to do would be helpful also any supplements to take to heal up or get blood flowing? Maybe a sports massage? Have a physical therapist try to massage everything? Thank you for any replies!

Between kegels and reverse kegels there is a state of balance. Basicly relaxation. That you should aim for. If you do kegels and reverse kegel exercise you should do them 50/50. If you overdid one of them you do the other a bit more.

Sounds like you need just relexation and neiter kegels nore reverse at this moment in time.
