Need some girth gaining exercises PLEASE

I’ve been jelqing, wearing a penis extender, and doing many different exercises for about 8 months now. I havent seen any girth gains whatsoever!! Please somebody help me!! Thank You

Orange Bends, Sadsak Slinky (theres a video on this one too), Pumps.just a few off the top of my head that I’ve heard are good for girth. You might want to look into the ‘SEARCH’ function as well.

If you was doing PE for about 8 months, and your penis is ready for an intense exercise, you can try clamping. Read about clamping on the forum, there are a lot of threads talking about it.

But you should be careful, because it’s an advance exercise. So before you start be sure to read about it and see the routine of those who clamping, this is important to be sure that your penis is ready to this.

If I had to bet, I’ d say this is the cause of your lacking gains: doing too many things at the same time.

Just out of curiosity: have you tried doing just the newbie routine and nothing else for some months?

Can you be more specific? Which exercises, how many repetitions, and how many times a week?


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

If you’re doing it for 8 months and haven’t seen any gains, chances are you’re doing it wrong, or overdoing it. Have you paid attention to PI? Are your morning woods okay? Are you getting length gains?

Thanks for the acknowledgment everyone, but I’m new to thunders place. I joined matters of size and the x4 labs(penis extender) forum . I have no idea what Clamping, Orange Bends, Sadsak Slinky or any other exercises are except the few from matters of size. Can anyone show me the ropes if I may ask? I’m interested in any new exercises that can help me get some girth gains.

Thanks marinera, but I’ve done all of these things with matters of size. I’m looking for something more complex. Do you or anyone else know some good exercises for someone who is past the beginning stages?
