Alright Just actually made my profile been doing research on multiple enlargement sites. I have been dedicated to PE for about 8 months. Started off slow jelqs and manual streches. Became intreged with it because I started to see a difference just from that. So I looked into more advanced and I did my research and saw the warning signs to wait on advanced so I stuff to the easy stuff for about 2-3 months. Saw more improvements so then in which I pumped up the reps on the jelqs and added some squeezes in slowly as well as some horses as well as edging to end it off. I also dabbled in some others such a the lazy man stretch but couldn’t do because one of my balls would feel like it was gonna explode due to having a large sack as well as a few others. Warm up with rice bag till I felt the loose spongy feeling.
4-5 30 sec manual stretch (up,down,left,right)
Jelq with baby oil at about 50-80% erect for 20-30 mins or till I got tired of it.

Rest for a few flop my buddy back and forth some helicopters for sometimes I lose the erection.
Get him back to full mass with some edges then kegel in blood ok grip base squeeze with another squeeze at the top for 3 sets for about ten second holds.
Relaxed again for few mins helicopters then added a good amount of baby oil grabbed at the base with full erection and did the horses for a few times for they are intense when you get the right amount of grip. Did this solidly for like I said about 5-6 months till I had a scare .. Had been edging after a session and was at the point of no return like I mean no return tried to save it when I squeezed the shaft hoping it would stop the ejaculation but sadly it did not and blood came out with my semen scared the crap out of me had a small little bruise under my mushroom head on the side. Stop doing it went to urologist told me not to worry about it and go on with my life but I retained from doing PE for about 3 weeks. Started back up again after with no side affects. Now when I started my PE journey I had a lot of improvements better EQ morning wood returned like I was 15 again lasted longer in bed with the wife. It was great
I’ve been doing if religiously now since the miss hap and have not had any set backs. Before I started PE had a just about average penis at about 5 inch erect and 4.5 erect girth now I’m at 6 inch erect length and 4.9 erect girth more veins fuller erections. But sad to say as of late I can’t seem to gain anymore. I switched my routine up as I read its good to do so ever so often to keep the penis worked in all areas. My current routine is almost the same to the old just a few others added.

Warm up with rice bag 10-15 mins
Bundled stretches to start as you obviously have to be completly flaccid 5 of them for about 20-30 seconds
Downward A stretch 5 sets for 15-20 seconds
Manual stretch (left,right,up,down) 10 reps for 30 seconds
Jelq for 15 mins for as many reps as I can do.
Jelq squeezes (kegel in hold at base then with free hand ok grip jelq)
Then I clamp for 2 5-10 min sessions
Warm down in the shower for clean up .

I know I seem all over the place it’s my first time posting but all this is easier done then written I feel like my gains have stopped. Please send me some guidance guys. I don’t know if I should take a break for a week or two then go back at it for maybe I’ve made the tissue to tough on the inside don’t really feel that burn when I stretch in all directions anymore with the bundled and a stretch I do. But I don’t think that’s the case for the ligs being to strong for I’m not long and hasn’t been that long of a journey through PE. I have so many questions for vets just figured if start with this. So please if any vets or seasoned guys can help message me or reply please

So I guess what I am asking is am I just being impatient and I’m getting results that just aren’t what. So I have 3 main questions

1) my routine ok does it need more modifying

2) how can I continue to gain like when I started if I stay persistent

3) at this point in the journey what should my stats be in a 9 month span of dedication
