Hey Folks,

I’m just starting. Have tinkered with it a bit in the past but before reaching this forum, I didnt know if it was a gimmick or not. Now I am a believer.

I really really need -2.5 inches and some head growth. Its a mental burden on me that I would love to have removed. I’m at 5.9”” but it totally doesn’t go with my height.

Could someone advise me on a routine and a time frame on which to achieve such results?

Start with the Newbie Routine. It’s the best routine to get your dick acclimated for what’s ahead. I’ve been at this since 2004 and I’m nearing the two inch growth mark. It’s a marathon.

I dont want to sound discouraging but VERY few have reached the 2 inch mark. So if you want to be one of the elite 2 inch gainers, you will have to be in this for the long run.

5.9” is big enough no matter how tall you are. Having said that, you’re on a PE forum, and like the guys already said, it’s going to take a lot of time to reach 2.5 inch growth. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but it’d take a hell of a lot of dedication and time and effort. Good luck!

The problem is you said two inches, which is elite as hell. You said desperately, which implies you want it soon. Basically, you want an eight inch dick. No problems with that, welcome to the club. But once you gained your first inch, additional gains will require a full on assault on your biological limitations. What if you got to 7.5? Very possible with lots of work and time. Then you can calm down as you progress towards 8.

I desperately want to cement all prior gains, make additional gains to eight and beyond, and become thick, like 6 inches girth. Your best weapon will be reading the decade plus of info on this forum top to bottom and prepare yourself for the fact that the price for it will be dear.

Thank you for your responses. I do realize that it will take time and persistence. Please forgive my wording. I’m just excited to find a true supportive forum. With that being said, just looking to be steered in the right direction regarding what works and what doesn’t.

Welcome aboard. As you have probably already figured out; slow and steady wins this race. If you push it, you might injure yourself which may put you two steps back from where you started.

Hit the Newbie Routine first and you may find some quick gains then find the right routine that suits you. If you set time and consistency goals instead of size goals, your chances of success are greater.

You want 2.5”? OK, I’ll give you a real no bullshit answer from a vet well over two inches and localized head girth.

- You’re going to have to give me two and half years of constant dedication stretching and pulling and jelqing until you’re about ready to kill yourself, and then keep PE’ing when you can’t stand another session.

- You’re going to have to deny yourself masturbation and sex at times because you’re too sore and bruised to force an erection, and not ejaculate because your glans are too sensitive and the friction will burn.

- You’re going to have do the newbie routine and get your jelqs down perfectly with constant pressure base to head, no slacking off , you really have to pay close attention to your grip.

- You’re going to have to switch your routines every few months and not do the same cookie-cutter routines with a few tacked on half assed jelqs. This requires you going back to the drawing board to focus on what works for you and stop doing what isn’t working.

- You’re going to have to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Forget the bullshit in a pill penis enlargement herbs, you can get the same results with a little work and know how.

- You’re going to have to do your heavy PE sessions with extreme dedication on the same days at the same times, no excuses. On your off days you’re going to have to pe with a lesser routine that will keep you enlarged but not stress blood vessels or CC chambers.

- You’re going to have to dedicate yourself to localized head exercises, ie. head jelqs in different ways, head holds, stretches and compression exercises. You’ll be lucky if you get .25” in 4-6 months.

Ditto. It took me over 2 years to get an inch.

First of all learn the difference between the words “need” and “want”.

Then go to START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info and start doing one of the two newbie routines contained their in. You will also find linked bunches of PE101 threads as well as videos of the various exercises.

Not everyone can gain 2”s in length. Not even if they do everything right and have an open ended time frame. And some few guys gain little to nothing even with >1 year in and doing everything right.

Most guys will gain an inch in length and something in girth if they stick with it for 2 years. Many guys will gain an inch in a year if they are predisposed and do everything spot on right from the start.

I’m down with that. Could you possibly give more details on those line items of yours? And do you believe that less is more in the beginning?

Which ones exactly? Less is always more, it’s better to keep your expansion and your erections than to sit on the bench for a few days and lose a little.
