New and Uncircumcised questions.
I’m new here and just started the Newbie Routine. I did it yesterday while in the shower. When I got to the jelqing I did 100 with the foreskin pulled back and 100 with the foreskin over the glands. Can I do them this way? I’m trying to avoid the foreskin swelling. I use to have tight foreskin(phimosis), but with continuous stretching it is 85-90% gone. Should I continue with the newbie routine for the first 6 week?
So, do I do it once a day for 2 days then 1 rest day and then again 2 days and so on?
Any help from uncircumcised guys is welcomed
