I have read (I think) that you don’t believe that masturbation had an effect on gains. When I read this (if I am correctly attributing that to you), I assumed that you were referring to masturbation ending in ejaculation. Do you believe that ejaculations, which would obviously be different than masturbation without ejaculation, as that would be edging, are an obstacle to gains?

You clearly haven’t experienced a dry orgasm, it is at least equal to an ejaculatory orgasm, if not better. Other benefits I have seen are better erections, higher sex drive and being less tired. Looks like enough reason to limit the ejaculations to me :) .

No, I don’t believe that ejaculation would limit gains, at least not when you keep two hours in between.

Within a certain time frame, I might agree about the tiredness.

And I do ‘just take it out and get it good and hard’ without orgasm, regularly. And I also edge a good bit by delaying orgasm (with ejaculation) for a good bit of time. I have a great amount of control in this area, if I do say so myself. I almost never ‘go off’ before I wanted to.

But I ejaculate almost daily. When I was a teen, I probably averaged several times daily. The only days I don’t, now, are when I am just too listless to be motivated to go through the effort - especially after a workout (gym, not PE).

After a workout, (mine are very high intensity) it is all I can do to not pass out after I have a seat. But on days I don’t ejaculate, I still seem to manage to see something erotic and get it hard for a bit. But I am careful with this because if I go too far, my left testicle will be the size of a grapefruit!!

How much pressure do I use, I know the videos are the best at showing this , but I cannot know how hard that man is actually squeezing, Man to man , grip strength in PE are pretty similar I would imagine, so for Bird2 and you other experienced jelqers, can you give me in %’s about how much grip strength you use(0%=no hand strength- 100= Full hand strength.)?

Now, about the stretches, Does it mean 30 second stretches in one particular direction and then 30 in the next and so on.?
Or do you break it down, like If you have four different directions you would go about 7 seconds in each direction , then equalling at 28 sec(just below 30 sec)?

By the way I have tried doing much research and cannot find the specific insight I need.

Use moderate force when jelqing (about 50-60%).

30 seconds in one direction, 30 in the next etc.

By the way I started my PE last night(Well today at 4:00 a.m, I really need to start having a better sleep routine.), I am definitely in a feeling out phase, with PE.
It is all so new to me.

What is your best advise on taking pics, I always seem to take bad pics, either I use the flash on the cam and there is too much light, and it causes glare, or I turn off flash, and there is not enough light, of coarse I can counter this by being in a well lit area, But when I turn off my flash, my camera’s shutter speed is much slower, resulting in blurry shots.

Decide for yourself if you want to post them now or after 14 days. At least make a separate thread and a moderator will move it for you to the member pics forum.

The best advice I can give you on taken pictures is to use at least a ruler. There are a lot of people here who always think that someone exaggerate his size. By using a ruler you shut them up. Also take clear pictures, other advice I can’t give you but there are a lot of guys who have posted pics here, ask them for further advice.

Ok, I have done 3 total newbie exercises thus far, started on the 10th.(2 days on -1 off -1 on so far)

Is my penis supposed to look or feel any different post PE workout?

I don’t really feel anything to be honest.

It looks a little larger flaccid , but that’s it.

Just want to know from the Vet’s what kind of of feeling I am supposed to get following a workout.

I have seen pics of guys who just got done jelqing and their dicks looked pumped looking.

Mine does not.

I don’t know If I am doing anything wrong.

I just kind of feel like I should be getting something *more*out of my PE workout.

Please help Guy’s.
