Okay this one I learned from a very famous doctor when he did my circumcision, he told me to after the surgery
When the stitches fell I should do the following exercise.
First. With one hand grab the mid head of your dick with an OKAY grip
Second. With the other hand massage the pubic area towards your penis, like if you were pushing the meat in the direction of your penis.
Third. While you do the second step push the head of your dick on the same rhythm you massage the pubic area.

Tips. Better do it while shaved, and use lotion so when you do the massage you can make the meat slide better towards your dick.

The idea is to push the meat underneath your pubic area to your dick, like if you were filling your sausage, don’t really know if it works, never questioned this doc, and know that I started PE I’m using this technique along with the newbie routine and ADS I hope it brings me good results
