Hello guys. Just wanted to say hi to everyone, just joined today. I’m so glad that I found this forum. I was reading and studying all that info I could find for newbies. I’m going to start that newbie routine today as well. All I need to be happy is about extra 1 - 1.25 to be happy in lenght and about extra 0.5 - 1.00 in thickness . I still need to take more accurate measurments. I never did PE before. I was also wondering about any medicine.. Or some suplements that would help while doing PE.

Forget about medicines (unless you have a medical condition) or supplements (if you eat a balanced diet).
