Well Mr. Jebuss, I am also 18 and I would encourage kegels. We don’t need them quite as much as the old farts around her :P but I gained a lot from them (10 EQ when I used to do them, some control over busting and most noticeably LoooooOOooOOOOONG shot like across the room shot.) Be careful though, because you can overtrain your pelvic floor muscles just like any skeletal muscle, resulting in pretty much the reverse of the gains you get (on;y temporary, though, just stop for a week or so until things get back to normal then resume on a lighter workout.) I am too lazy to see what Mr. Townsend posted, but masturbation and sex are debated about whether they have an impact on PE or not, but I believe that regardless if you do them once a day at tops it won’t affect your gains too much. And some common injuries are red spots and fluid build-up on glans. For both just rest until symptoms are gone and then resume under lighter intensity. There are more serious injuries (thrombosed veins and even the dreaded venous leakage, a severe injury that may require surgery) but if you do the exercises right and not putting too much intensity for your dick to handle (you will learn this line from experience), you should be fine. And another pssible bad side effect from being 18 and kegeling, expect a LOT of RAB’s (Random Ass Boners.) They will be frequent, fierce and difficult to hide. And if you have the time, you should read up on some good articles that I will post up when I get the chance (probably Sunday.) Informing yourself is good because then you don’t ask so many newb questions and bring down the wrath of the vets AND you will gain SO MUCH valuable insight on PE and other things, depending on what you read.
