There are methods to achieve what you want but the obstacle is one that few can overcome. The results are very slow to happen and most guys will give up because the results seem to occur only after endless exercises. But take heart — trust me when I say that if you try to put aside fifteen minutes or so each and every day to lengthening exercises and try to develop some accurate measuring technique, after a few months you will see results. But if you stop more than a day or so between routines the tendons toughen so much that it will take much more effort to get back on track for further gains. I went from about 5.75 to 10.5 inches but it took a huge amount of time — was it worth it? Of course I would never trade the years I have had with a humongous dick for the time spent on getting it back again.
