New kegal routine

Yesturday I did 10 sets of 60 sec. holds and let me tell you it got my pc muscle sore today. It was a really good workout and this morning I woke up hard as a rock. I am going to cut it back to 5 sets though so I can do them every other day but I had no idea that it would be worked out this much.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

These are good, but try to vary them too! As in, do some for 1-5 seconds each, or simply a lot of quick ones.

I always start out with about 100-200 quick ones to get it warmed up.

You hold them for 60 seconds? I don’t think I could do that, at the moment I’m doing sets of 15 seconds and find that hard.

It took me about a wee or two to build up to it. I started out with the 10 sec. sets then up to 20. Finally jumped all the way up to 60 to see if I could and it worked.
