New looking for answers
I have just started PEing a week ago I’ve read some articles online about many exercises. And my current routine is:
5min manual stretching
15min jelqing
2 days on 1 day off
So I’m wondering what would be the best exercises for the best results? My current BPEL is 5.2” and my EG is 4.8” my goal for the new year is 6.5x5.5 think its possible? Also would incorporating a warm up in the beginning of my exercises make a difference in gains? Any info is appreciated
