Hey Everyone :)

Can any of you suggest me a good routine?

I really like to add 1-2 cm in length, but also a lot of girth. I have been doing stretches for 2 months, so wondered if it was time to start jelqing (smooth muscle) and do girth exercises.

What would be a good routine?
