New Skin Below Head from PE

Has anyone else noticed that after doing PE for a while, you start to get what kind of looks like new skin below the head of your dick? It is a slightly different color than the rest of your penis and seems to increase in size as you increase in length. Does anybody else know what I’m talking about? I’ve seen it in a few people’s pictures on here and on a few guys in porn.

In some who have done PE, their new growth is evident in the form of a band of lighter skin just below the head of the dick. The more the growth, the wider the band gets.

CS, I’m curious about your PE program. I’ve been jelqing and have a lighter color band at the base. I assumed that was because while jelqing I’m squeezing blood into the rest of my penis and not into the area at the base. And jelqing seems to focus stretching on the proximal portion of the penis. What are you doing to focus growth at the distal portion?

I have a stretch mark band around the base of my cock, and one nearer the top.. means something is working.. lol.
