Yea listen to Invisible! I know its tempting to go hard straight away because you’ve heard the stories of fast gainers or wotever but seriously, take it slow and your likely to do better. I started too intense when my PE career began because I also had a date set in my mind that I wanter to gain an inch or so by, but Im sure it set me back ALOT because I wasn’t smart about it. You never know, you might be a fast gainer who does well with low intensity but its always better to be safe than sorry when your first starting out, trust me.
