New starter routine reccomendation

HI everyone,

Names Jon, I’m new to the forum, just thought I’d say Hi and ask you guys some advice.

I’ve been looking into Jelqing techniques for the past week or so and I’ve decided to take the plunge and start training. I’m fully aware that results may be slow if not at all and it can be dangerous but I’m willing to accept that.

I’ve taken a look at some of the newbie routines and the precautions but I was wondering if there’s a better to way to get exactly the results I want.

I wish to predominantly increase my girth but any length would be a bonus. I’m currently around 6.5 inches in length but I’ve never been happy with my girth. I also plan on doing the exercises in the bath in the evenings if that’s any help.

Would anyone here be able to recommend a good starting routine to achieve those results?

All the more ‘advanced’ girth exercises are very hard on your penis. You need to condition first. Jelqs are still the cornerstone of any routine, so there really is no better way than starting with the newbie or linear newbie routine. Important Newbie Threads/Info

Yes, the bath is a good idea. You may wish to add a little more heat than that, using a rice sock or a microwaveable gel pack though.

Thanks Firegoat, so after having a look around my newbie routine is as follows:

- Warm up in the bath
- 10 second stretch in each direction (n,s,e,w)
- 50/60% jelq x100
- 5 minute rest
- 5 minutes squeeze at 80/90% (holding base then squeezing at 2 point along the shaft)
- 5 minute rest
- 50/60% jelq x100
- 5 minute rest

You think this constitutes a good routine for a beginner?

Also worth mentioning I do 1 day on, one day off.

For your purposes that should be fine. See how you react to it and adjust accordingly.
