So I’ve been reading and observing long enough. Here’s my story, I’m in my early 40’s 3 kids both wife and I work full time plus. In the last 5 years since I kicked the habit of smoking I’ve gained around 50# and but I remain real active, typically work out at least 2-3 times a week. Mostly after a workout or other strenuous activity I started noticing turtleneck and shrinkage. I blame most on the additional fat pad but I also noticed diminished erections and hence less interest in my love life. I clearly remember measuring myself with the aid of my h.s. Girlfriend and being right about 8”. Now BPEL is less than 7.25 and quality just isn’t there. I might add like most males my age I’m on B.P. Medicine etc etc. My goal is simple, get back to 8 maybe more, get girth to 6 (currently at 5.25) all within the confines of work and very active family life. I’m currently using the ESL40 as I found that the most practical option. I get the chance to jelq maybe twice a week otherwise I’m hoping the ADS will do most of what I need.

Thank you all for this page, this site, until I researched it I thought I was just going to have to live with shrinking. I’m truly hopeful it works as advertised.

One more thing, I’ve shared this journey with my wife, no secrets, she thinks I’m nuts but will support anything I do.

My 2 cents: you are better off spending your time losing that 50 than gaining any cock size.

It is important that you start with the newbie routine. If I had to bet I’d say you would get back to 8 inches and gain a little girth within a reasonably short time.

Once again, it is important that you start with the newbie routine before trying anything else.

I agree with both above comments and add that esl40 isn’t gonna help much. I owned one and literally just chuck it today. It gives a weird water blister on the glands that if you don’t get it off in time it will turn into a full on blister. I wish you the best of luck

Thanks guys, I’ll keep trying that newbie routine, it honestly comes down to having a dang hour of uninterrupted privacy with a busy household. So I mentally went with the theory that something is better than nothing.

It shouldnt take an hour to complete the newbie routine. Maybe after a week or two it won’t take so long anymore.

Try waking up an hour before everyone else. You will have all the privacy you need.

You might also benefit from some light pumping.

Doing the newbie routine never hurts and can already make a big difference in EQ if not overdone.

I just got one of those cheap vac extender/hangers for 30ish bucks and it’s much better then the esl40 for same price. I started using it after my hanging sets and I can comfortably hang weight from it.

Welcome aboard Gingerbred! As some have mentioned, the newbie routine is a great place to start. For instance, doing nothing else, just jelqs and manual stretches, I’ve picked up 1.2 inches over a 10-month period which I still find hard to believe.

I’m very busy as well and with doing PE in stealth mode, my time is very limited because I don’t want to raise questions about being sequestered in our bathroom for too long. That works out to doing 10 minutes of jelqing during morning bathroom time (and a 5-min pre-warm-up while shaving), while spreading the remainder through my day during 5 strategic bathroom breaks (2-3 minutes worth of manual stretches about 1.5 hours apart - no warm-up).

Yes it’s on eBay I can post the link for you. I use it in conjunction with hanging and it can be used a hanger too.

Your gains are an inspiration to me, because of threads like yours that I read I believe this can work. Thank you for your advice, trust me when I say I’m trying to lose weight but it’s not as easy as I once thought (when I was skinny) but I will prevail.
