New to PE in need for Advice

Did 6 months of daily pumping started at low pressures and got to doing 2 x 10 minutes everyday at 10 to 12InHG.

Gained from 6.9 x 5.5 to 7.1 to 5.7. Did not notice stronger erections, but was having steel worthy erections before starting. Never saw any type of temporary gains some people seem to talk about.

My goal D is 8 x 6.

When pumping I had the following negatives : insane donut effect, great discomfort due to my upward curve which makes my glans squashed on the walls of the tube, and insane discoloration. I did a chemical peel induced with iodine (very unpleasant) and got rid of most of it, but from now on I want to avoid excessive discoloration.

I stopped PE for a few months and then swicthed to hard clamping on top of 1h of daily hanging (with 2 kg). After incorporated daily clamping 2 x 7min30 I got a very significant drop in EQ so I will stop it completely for a week and when EQ has recovered I will do 1x 7min 30 every other day and titrate up only if needed to make gains. Hanging/manual stretching feels fine I feel an intense stretching sensation (but not pain) and afterwards I see a moderate drop of EQ but fully goes back to normal pretty quickly.

When I hard clamp I always have to stimulate my penis a bit to stay as hard as possible and my penis start feeling spongy with veins that are getting full (noticeably fuller than a normal full erection) yet I seem to get an erection that is 2-4mm bigger to the usual «natural erection ». Am I doing it right ?

Also I get not swelling or lymphatic fluid buildup whatsoever. As soon as I stop the set it goes back to normal. Even with pumping I got zero swelling (except on my foreskin).

Something interesting to know is that I seem to have a very low swelling response in general even when injured (I once broke my scaphoid bone on my wrist with a clear fracture and got 0 swelling and bruising even hours after it broke)

What would that indicate? What are your thoughts on all that ?

I would back off on the vacuum, say down to 5"Hg. Once you get the donut, lymphatic fluid is now between the skin (that the vacuum is pulling on) and the tunica (the part you’re trying to stretch.) You can then pull a large amount of lymph into that space (the donut), but it’s not pulling on the tunica any more.

TL;DR: once the donut forms you’re just wasting your time in the tube

Less vacuum will help reduce the progress of discoloration, but you should do a search on "Firegoat rolls" for the preventive PE method.

A lot of guys run into that when clamping. Clamping is a very intense PE method, and basically your shaft gets tired and doesn’t want to play any more. Doing both hanging and clamping puts a lot of stress on the shaft. If every other day clamping isn’t enough to restore EQ, try alternating hanging and clamping days.

That’s normal. Or at least, that’s how it works for me.

I would stop clamping, it is clearly not for you and if you see some videos from HINK he talks against it. You can do some ULI #3’s but that’s it.
If you read posts from users here lately on water pumping with a cylinder and gauge you will see that people have less or no donut effect. For discoloration, Firegoat rolls or the RED light is recommend from the posts I read.

So tldr : stop clamping. Keep hanging manual stretching and when EQ is back restart incorporating something girth related but less intense (low pressure pumping, jelqs, uli’s etc) and start with every other day and start doing firegoat rolls after each girth related set.

Still thought for clamping I feel it was working very well and it would be amazing to be able to incorporate it back. But if you all tell me not to, I won’t.

The thing is pumping is very uncomfortable because of the glans being squashed on walls due to my upward curve and for manual stuff because I naturally have very hard erections and because I’m quite thick it’s very inconvenient to do most girth related exercices where I need to be fully erect and I’m a bit reluctant to jelq since on other reddits or PE forum it is deemed as dangerous.

If you keep pumping it will eventully straighten out your curve. Some men have been successful at reducing the curve by jelquing.

If you want to keep the curve, you’ll either have to put up with the discomfort in the tube or use another form of PE.
