New to PE
Hey guys I’m about a month into PE and was wondering what you PE veterans think of this workout I’ve been doing?
1. Warm Up 3 minutes
2. Power Stretch 5 minutes
3. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes
4. V Stretch 5 minutes
5. Jelq and Hold 4 minutes
6. Warm Down 3 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
I do PC flexes randomly throughout the day.
Do you guys think this is a solid start for a beginner?
