Hey
It’s nice to see a community of people working together like this.

I’ve been reading the forums and faqs. I’d like to start my exercises real soon and I have some questions Id like to ask before starting.
First off, are there any kinds of bruises that will come up during the exercises? Do I stop when injuries occur?
What exactly are kegels? Is it just flexing your penis?
How do I keep myself from getting hard? Do I continue if that happens?

I will surely have more questions in the future but I just wanted to get them out of the way. Id like to make this a safe experience with no permanent damage to myself. It seems like a lot of people here have experience and are happy with their results. Right now I’m at 6”x5.125”. I’d like to get to at least 7”. Thanks!

<First off, are there any kinds of bruises that will come up during the exercises?>

Maybe if you overdo it. Don’t overdo it.

<Do I stop when injuries occur?>

YES

<What exactly are kegels? Is it just flexing your penis?>

Yeah, basically.

<How do I keep myself from getting hard?>

Think of your grandmother playing baseball.

<Do I continue if that happens?>

Not if you’re stretching. You need to be somewhat erect to jelq.

Now get to your room and give me 50 3 second jelqs!

Jelq my boy, jelq like the wind.

John-

I always back off if I see bruising, and commit to not letting it happen again.

The newbie routine is the way to go, but as Klayton has alluded to, you may want to start with less than the 200 recommended jelqs. I wish I had.
