Sounds like a good idea to me! I’m exited to see what my gains will be when I measure in march! I’m not measuring the whole training time, only before and after. I want to be surprised! Thanks heaps again Richard :)

They wouldn’t fit, literally. ;-) Her claims or perception is ridiculously inaccurate.

You really are what many would consider a perfect size, so keep that in mind as you move forward.

Good luck!

Yeah, well they obviously would have been large and must have been alot larger than me if she thinks they are that big.. But yeah I do get that alot, I am happy with it but I know it can be better.. Thanks for the support :)

Did my basic routine today, 5-10 min hot rice sock 10 min stretching in all directions, 10 min dry jelqs, 3 sets of Ulis and about 30 helicopter shakes (both hands) and I can feel it in my penis, I’m not in pain at all but it like I’ve done good training today!

I know I am a Newbie too but I read through hundreds of postings in TP before even registering and defining my routine.

That’s why I tell you: slow down, man! Ulis are advanced exercises, which means you are already using “means of last resort” at the beginning. Why should you? Probably because you are enthusiastic and a little bit impatient.

Safety first! Go slow an don’t overdo it. Try the stretch/jelq newbie routine, and if you measure gains do not modify it. As long as you are gaining why change a routine?

In German the proverbial saying is: do not shoot your entire powder in the first shot.

I hope you get what I mean. Patience is a male virtue :-)

Modified forum rule #69: Your avatar must show a JUICY ass, may it be female, male, mermaid, even sheep or horses are accepted. :-)

Thanks for your input dude, I know Ulis are for advanced but the ones I’m doing are so light you could barely call them Uli’s, I should have called it light squeezes actually.. I completely understand you and appreciate your concern! Cheers man
